Yes, Morocco is safe to visit. But you do need to exercise increased caution due to the high risk of petty crime. Many foreign governments also warn their citizens about the likelihood of terrorist attacks, which can occur at any moment in Morocco.

Yes, traveling Morocco alone is safe. Well, as safe as anything is these days. Of course, traveling—anywhere, with anyone, in any gender presentation—never offers the same safety guarantees as, say, riding a Disneyland roller coaster or working in a unionized industry.

Some of the best places to visit in Morocco include Asilah, Chefchaouen, Atlas Mountains, Sand Dunes of chegaga and merzouga, and Koutoubia Mosque to name a few. Is Chefchaouen worth visiting? Chefchaouen is one of the most preferred destinations of tourists and also one of the most beautiful places to be in Morocco.
